2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, unopened items in original packaging. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is ours. See our full Returns page for details.

6. Are your laundry products effective and safe? Yes! Our detergents and softeners are formulated for high-efficiency (HE) and standard machines, work well in cold water, and are gentle on fabrics and colors. Many options are hypoallergenic or free from harsh dyes and heavy fragrances. All products meet U.S. safety standards.

7. How do I use and store the products?

  • Detergents: Follow your washing machine instructions (HE or standard load).
  • Dryer balls/sheets: Use as directed for softer clothes and reduced drying time.
  • Hampers & baskets: Wipe clean with a damp cloth as needed. Store detergents and softeners in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Specific usage instructions are included with each product.
